Zoya Veruschka

 Zoya did a matte velvet thing a few years ago, but as "glow" and "dewy" drives the beauty bus these days, the matte passengers are quietly exiting the back door.

Zoya discontinued this one, and much their loss:

Two coats, no top coat.

I did throw a matte top coat on later, but it's even better with a shiny one: the shimmer goes deep, cool and delightful.

I will reblog one of these days with a shiny top coat, but at the time, I was digging the matte finish.

A faultless perfect green. If green can be a neutral, this would be it.
