Perfection, OPI Style

OPI Designer Series. I still can't get my head around them. They are a special series that are "Designer!"

Beyond that they embody finishes like shimmer, diamonds, holos, glassy particles, and glitter.

To me they are like beaded dresses.

OK, so the photos... (and there are a ton)

What is it? A rose that has a hint of coral, like an aged yarn on the Bayeux Tapestry, it has warmth and comfort.
Three coats here and it is what I would call a wee bit on the sheer side of the street.

The glassy particles really just pull the shimmer off the shelf and work it up one side and down the other.

In the shade you can see you've got glassy glitter in a jelly base. Excuse the lint on my middle finger!

It looks more pink in this photo, but below is a macro:

The glittery/glassy/whatever the heck you call them particles seem light pink in a rosy base. This might be why in the shade it is more pink.

 Le Bottle Shot!

A perfectly wonderful shimmering rose.

Thank you for reading my little nail polish journal!

  1. This is beautiful! Ahh, why did I pass on this one. Regret... regret... The DS line annoys me a bit though. They aren't holo anymore and I feel like that doesn't justify the extra $4.

  2. I think this reminds me of the Venomous villains stuff, but I know it's older.

This is kind of conservative/flashy. Weird combo, but I love it.

I know occasionally these are showing up on eBay for good prices, it's the holos that are unreal!
