Every time I see the bottles of Forever 21 Love and Beauty, I think of that band Love and Rockets.
Here is Forever 21's Teal:
Sun came out and the camera was a little blown out by the pop. It is a bit darker, but truly an intensely bright teal.
I love the shimmer that really is a bit brighter and on the blue side!
This is three coats and really a quick swatch.

This color is so pretty! The shimmer is awesome! I really love F21's polishes, great colors and for a pretty cheap price.
