Essie Nouveau Red from the Spring 2010 "Art of Spring" collection topped with Glitzology Boy Girl Party! Two coats of BGP, laying the brush parallel with my nails affected better glitter placement.
I love how the red pops the blue right out and helps the pink really work well.
