This baby dries fast!

It dries satin, which is fine, but also looks marvelously glossy with a top coat.

I wore this out of town for a few days, it was pretty hearty, too. Later I layered some Barielle Elle's Spells on it (will get that blogged soon) and it was positively genious!

I've wrestled with regular Revlon, so this will be the only ones I will ever buy from them, I passed on Perplexed (or was it Perturbed? I can't remember ;P ) because of the formula.

Revlon hit it out of the park! Such a juicy blue, too. To me this is more of a navy than a royal, but who's to quibble with such stellar results?
