Unknown China Glaze Green Shimmer

I got this as a freebie from an eBayer who had misplaced the bottle of polish I'd purchased. Finally got the one I wanted, but still not 100% sure what this one is.

I have been told it's Wet Velvet, but wonder if it's Mer-Maid. What is it?

Meanwhile it's sheer.
I mean really sheer.

I believe this is three coats, perhaps only two.

Balding, brushstrokey, sheer, patchy, and stinky.

Do I sound like an ingrate? I hope not!

I always view a sheer polish as a future layering polish.

Over black:

Suddenly it's a bit more emerald and not quite as "oh dear".

Wonder how many coats I'd need to get this kind of color without the black underneath.

Thoughts on what shade this is?
