Some Glitter Iterations

I always stalk the Dollar Tree, you never know when - nowadays IF - they might get old Loreal, Maybelline, Sally Hansen or Cover Girl.  I found some new L.A. Colors glitter. One is a bright blue, another is a bright teal green and a third is a silver hex with multi-sizes.

Not much fanfare, but in truth L.A. Colors have been a nice surprise. I loved Atomic, and when I saw the glitters, I couldn't pass them up.

Here is the blue glitter over Color Club's Chelsea Girl. I really have been into these poolside blues of late. This is two coats.

This is another angle. Perhaps you can see the white base beneath the Chelsea Girl.

Okay! Here is the teal...

Very beautiful, tinting more into the aqua family on the Chelsea Girl.

I then put the teal over black to really show how cool this glitter is. It's got this blue and then it has this tangy green as well. Nice! Better shown over black!

What a combo!

I also got a bottle of this silver hex, which is probably something I've already got...but I then did a huge pile on of all glitters onto Chelsea Girl...

There is a bit of tipwear here because I didn't get the photo the first day, but it is such a glistening sun-on-the-water feel.

Thanks for reading my little nail polish journal!

  1. Darn, I passed on these. The blue one is called Aqua Crystal, the teal is Treasure Island and I didn't see the hex one. They had one that looked like a dupe for the CC Starry Temptress topcoat called Sassy Sparkle. Nice layering, btw. Now I have to go back for Treasure Island. *shakes fist*
