Strawberry Smoothie - and more layering goodness

I think that "office OK" colors are A-OK.

I don't work in an office. I have gone through the local McDonalds getting a breakfast item and noticed a lady who has long nails that are painted up into some great colors!

I think summer calls out for fun colors that embrace the sunshine!

Here's a humble glassy LDL pink. Three coats and it looks like it should be called Strawberry Smoothie:

Yummy!

Maybe it's too much for an office that is conservative. Not sure.

I did find this pretty Maybelline called Cafe au Lait:

(surely this would be "office OK," no?)

A pretty peachy colored neutral, although the name evokes a milk and coffee color, it is pretty much a pale peachy nude. It's a frost, two coats, easy to use, dried well, not too much problem with brush strokes, but that could be my technique that's improving.




What do you get when you put them together?

This is Cafe au Lait with one coat of the LDL polish. I think it helps jazz it up a bit. It retains that "office OK" action, but has a little zing on your lunch hour. Well, I guess if you go outside on a sunny day and have your lunch!
